Lucky i8 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Introduction

Welcome to Lucky i8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your use of the Lucky i8 platform, including the website at luckyi8.fun, all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers and any related services made available to players in Pakistan.

03 Accounts

Each player is entitled to register one account on Lucky i8. Opening multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods, is not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Lucky i8 will merge or close the additional accounts and may withhold any bonuses claimed across them.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. This includes your password, PIN and any security questions linked to your account. You should not share your login details with any other person, and you should log out of your account on shared or public devices.

Lucky i8 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication asking for your password, please treat it as suspicious and report it to our support team immediately.

• Accounts must be registered with accurate, up-to-date personal information.
• You may update your account details by contacting support — changes to name or payment method may require additional verification.
• Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure, with any remaining balance returned through the original payment method after deductions.
• Lucky i8 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with notice provided where possible.

04 Deposits

All deposits on Lucky i8 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your account quickly, though processing times can vary depending on the payment method and your bank or mobile wallet provider. Lucky i8 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside our control.

• Only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you personally.
• Third-party deposits — using someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account — are not permitted.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference for assistance.
• Lucky i8 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is determined to have been made fraudulently or in error.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Lucky i8 are paid out in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure that protects all players. In cases where the original method is unavailable, support will assist in arranging an alternative.

Before your first withdrawal — or where additional verification is triggered — Lucky i8 may request supporting documents such as a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account, or a recent bank statement. These checks are standard practice and exist to protect your funds.

• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has outstanding wagering requirements from an active bonus.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account at the time of the request.
• Lucky i8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if there is a pending investigation into account activity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky i8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods which are detailed on the Promotions page and within the terms of each individual offer.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before any withdrawal can include that bonus amount.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment and must not be used as part of any systematic strategy to extract guaranteed profit.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, exploitation of offer structures or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — will result in bonus removal and possible account closure.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Lucky i8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per player, per household and per device.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The Lucky i8 sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI series and test matches — alongside football, esports and other major sporting events. All bets are placed and settled in PKR. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed.

Lucky i8 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were displayed in error, where a match result is subject to an official dispute, or where the integrity of an event is called into question. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account.

• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be suspended during key moments of a match.
• Lucky i8 sets maximum payout limits on sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the betting section and may vary by market and event.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, delayed odds or systematic arbitrage across markets is considered abuse and bets placed in this manner may be voided.
• Results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. Lucky i8's decision on settlements is final.

08 Live Casino & Slot Games

Lucky i8's live casino and slot game sections are provided through integrations with third-party gaming software studios. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or professional live dealers to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every round.
